APPLICATION NOW OPEN

Before you Apply

  • You will need an active e-mail address to create an application account. We highly recommend you use a personal email address for your online application account.
  • All of your responses can be changed prior to the submission deadline. This allows applicants to return to the application to correct errors and omissions
  • All application sections, including references, must be completed before an applicant can submit the application
  • Start reaching out to your references (3 are required) to notify them of your intent to include them as an application reference and also continuously remind them of the deadline. Your references may include Academic Advisor, Research Advisor, and Internship Supervisor
  • Applications that have not been submitted are considered incomplete and will not be reviewed. No application items will be accepted after the deadline
  • Ensure you reach out to your references to remind them of the deadline

Creating a Login and Password

The first step in applying to the DoD NDSEG is creating a login and password. To begin, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Click "Apply" from the menu found on the DoD NDSEG FM Web Application
  2. Click "Create new account."
  3. Once you have created your account, you will be automatically directed to the application page where you may begin the application process.
  4. If you wish to log out, simply click the "Logout" button.
  5. If you wish to log in again, type in the e-mail address and password you entered when creating your account.

If you lose or forget your password, go to the Login page of the application, enter the email address associated with your account and click on "I cannot access my account." An email with your password will be sent to you. Once you receive the email, go to the Login page of the application and log in to the application using the appropriate email address and password.
